His specialization encompasses affordable housing management, construction, development, and investment.

Prior to joining FocusCFO, Troy held the esteemed role of CFO at two prominent real estate enterprises, both with a pronounced focus on affordable housing.
- What was your favorite vacation? I spend time in the Pacific Northwest 1-2 times per year enjoying the Cascades while hiking and trail running.
- What did you want to be when you grew up? I entered college with the thought of being a math teacher and basketball coach.
- What is your favorite way to spend free time? Collecting early 1900s baseball cards.
