Mike has more than 25 years of executive-level financial management and leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has served as an operationally-focused business leader successful in advancing business strategy, planning, operations, organizational and business process improvement and growth of various sized organizations. Mike has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate investment, development and construction as well as the retail and hospitality industries.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Mike served as CFO and Partner for a start-up organization specializing in high-end, urban residential and multi-family construction. Prior, Mike held various CFO and senior-level finance and asset management positions at real estate development and investment companies. Mike earned a BS in Finance from Franklin University.
- What is your favorite way to spend free time? I love to exercise. I'm a big Peloton bike fan and enjoy golfing (although I don't get out as much as I'd like).
- What was your favorite vacation? We just got back from our first trip to Aruba. "One Happy Island" indeed!

I really like the idea of being able to provide an experienced perspective to smaller and mid-sized growing companies. I've been very fortunate in my career to be able to work in dynamic, rapidly growly, entrepreneurial environments so I know how important it is to remain focused on the ultimate vision of the organization and the business owners.
