Todd is a 30 year seasoned entrepreneurial executive with a wide range of functional, strategic, and general management experience across industrial and commercial markets. His experience, primarily with privately owned companies, covers the gamut from hyper growth to distress, traditional Midwest industries to high tech engineered products.

Todd previously worked as a CFO, VP Engineering/operations, COO, General Manager, and ran his own M&A and consulting firm.
Todd received an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and a BSE in systems engineering and operations research from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ.
