Steve has over 30 years of experience in financial operations, working cross-functionally to optimize efficiencies and opportunities in operations, market, and technology. Through structure, modeling, and strategic guidance, Steve helps companies de-mystify complexity and uncertainty, translating information to action, so they can get performing again – especially companies in financially challenging situations. His experience is in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Services, most recently with early-stage tech companies.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to entering the consulting world, Steve’s career followed the typical financial leader route, with one detour to start and run the operations of a distribution business. As a consultant, Steve has advised a number of companies on both a project and fractional basis.
