Before joining FocusCFO, I was a Director of Enterprise Effectiveness at Highmark Health. I engaged business leaders across the organization to envision and drive transformation objectives and achieved results from new growth opportunities and in-depth restructuring projects that enhanced operational effectiveness.

What attracted you
to FocusCFO?
I have been searching for a position where I can significantly impact a company’s performance. I found consulting to be very rewarding but limited by the engagement length. With FocusCFO, I can be involved with a company for a long time and help guide its growth. Ultimately, the business owner drives success, but I feel FocusCFO provides an excellent platform to enable that success and that I look forward to being a valuable contributor to all of my clients.
