Bill Jackson joins Focus CFO as a fractional CFO based in Erie, Pennsylvania. Bill comes to us with forty-one years’ experience directing various financial, marketing and community-building functions. Bill has significant experience planning and budgeting, developing and implementing strategic plans, and working with human service systems.
Before FocusCFO
Before joining FocusCFO, Bill Jackson led his local United Way to a complete reinvention of the organization’s business model. A national consultant deemed this reinvention “seismic”. Bill continued to serve as CFO at United Way fo his entire 25-year career there, with an annual budget of roughly $6 million. Before United Way, Bill spent sixteen years in the for-profit sector, including working with a regional chain of retail stores and a small advertising agency.
