Scott has more than 20 years of diverse Finance and Accounting leadership experience spanning companies of all sizes and across multiple industries that include manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. He has served as the full-time CFO of 2 companies and has extensive experience in general ledger accounting, financial planning, modeling and analysis, cash forecasting, cost reduction, capital structures, contract negotiation, and successful exits. He enjoys serving his local community by serving on the boards of local charitable and community organizations.
Before FocusCFO
Scott’s previous roles include Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager of a niche subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, responsible for all aspects of business operation. He has worked in public and private enterprise with companies both large and small.
