Prior to joining FocusCFO, Salvatore served in several senior management roles with Companies such as Kautex Textron and First Quality Tissue. He has over 30 years' experience in manufacturing in both finance and operational roles. He spent several years as a six-sigma black belt.
He received his MBA from Wingate University in Wingate, NC and his undergraduate in Accounting from St John's University in Queens, NY.
