Mike has over 30 years as a senior executive with financial, human resource and IT management experience. Mike has extensive experience with acquisitions and divestitures and, as CFO, restructured the financial profile of a medium sized business undergoing financial stress. He has extensive experience in financial evaluation and improvement of small businesses.
Before FocusCFO
Mike was a partner at Deloitte delivering financial advisory services including public offering advisory, merger and acquisition transactions and process improvement. After Deloitte, Mike has been a CFO of a not-for-profit university and a for-profit healthcare company (as owner). Mike earned his BS in Accounting from Penn State University.

What attracted you
to FocusCFO?
I've been the owner of a business and understand the challenges of operating with limited resources. Assisting other business owners get a firm grasp on their finance operation and developing processes to simplify that operation while generating better information to run the business is what I do. I think FocusCFO provides a great framework to deliver those services to clients.
