Mickey is a financial executive with over 30 years of global experience across Healthcare IT, Professional Services, Software Development, and Food & Beverage industries. He has proven expertise in strategic partnerships, financial stewardship, and executive management, with a track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, sales forecasting, pricing, and cash flow management. Mickey has extensive experience in M&A transactions, post-merger integration, and operational efficiency initiatives, including outsourcing and re-shoring. Known for building high-performing teams and driving leadership excellence, he is committed to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth.

Before FocusCFO

Mickey has held senior management roles at leading companies, including Oracle, Cerner, Siemens, and Shared Medical Systems, bringing over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Penn State Abington's business school.
 
Mickey earned his MBA from Penn State University, where he also completed his BS in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science.
