Mark has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations and business development, working primarily in the commercial and residential construction market as a CFO and as an Executive, focusing on operational improvement, metric management, and overall cost reduction while embracing growth. He has led successful ERP software implementation in several companies and is experienced with multiple management systems including EOS, the Rockefeller Habit, Entre Leadership and Covey.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Mark worked in business development for a startup software company, and had a career in executive management in homebuilding companies.
