Ken has more than 40 years of diverse management and finance experience and has been with Focus CFO since 2024. Ken has experience in various industries, including automotive manufacturing, tool and die, nonprofit, exhibition execution, construction, telecom, confectionery, food service, events, and almond processing.
Before FocusCFO
Prior to joining FocusCFO, Ken served Price Waterhouse and was an entrepreneurial business owner for 10 years. He has been a full time CFO and President for several closely held businesses. As a Certified Turnaround Professional, Ken has been involved in numerous successful restructurings. Over the past 5 years he has served as a fractional CFO over a diverse set of industries. Ken’s focus has been on growth, building transferable value, and ultimately guiding owners through successful sale transactions.
Ken received his MBA from Michigan State University and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
