Jason has more than 30 years of financial management, accounting, and business controls experience across a variety of industries, including healthcare, business services, manufacturing, distribution and retail. He has worked for privately held start-up and small to medium sized businesses, helping them develop effective financial operations and enhanced profitability. Jason’s expertise includes cash flow forecasting, process improvement, system implementation oversight, management reporting processes, and financial integrations.

Before FocusCFO

Jason has been the CFO of an ophthalmology practice management start-up, Chief Accounting Officer of a surgery center business, internal audit executive, CFO of an auto parts distribution business, regional controller of a steel processing company, and leader of an outsourced accounting services group. Jason is a graduate of Harding University where he earned BBAs in Management and Marketing, and a Master of Science in Accounting.
