Brian Ford

Brian has more than 15 years of financial leadership experience including M&A, carve-out transactions, cash flow forecasting and integrating financial operations. For the past 10 years, Brian dedicated his career to working with privately-held small to medium sized companies in the healthcare, information technology and business services industries.

Before FocusCFO

Before joining FocusCFO, Brian most recently served as CFO of a Management Service Organization (MSO) for ophthalmology practices with over 60 physicians and two ASC’s with operations throughout the Southeast and USVI. Previously, Brian served in Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group, leading over 40 transactions. Additionally, Brian was a Director and Co-Founder of a private equity firm where he led the firm’s due diligence efforts and served a CFO of various portfolio companies.
