Prior to joining FocusCFO, Andy held a variety of leadership roles, including:

  • Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) leading finance and supply chain operations for mid-sized manufacturer of shelf stable foods, including Meals Ready to Eat (MRE) for USA military.
  • Finance leader (CFO) for non-profit providing residential treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
  • Finance leader (CFO) for family owned real estate company.
  • Finance leader (VP Finance) for dot.com start-up selling customized prestige beauty care products on-line.
  • Overall leader for pursuing and integrating acquired private companies.
  • Finance leader (CFO) for various large divisions within leading multinational Consumer Packaged Goods innovator.

An opportunity to make a difference for companies by sharing my skills and experiences as a finance leader. After growing up in the family-owned small business, this seems like opportunity to get back to my roots.
