According to the USDA, more than 34 million pillion—9 million of whom are children—in the United States are facing food insecurity.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment and food insecurity spiked. In 2021, 53 million people turned to food banks and community programs for help putting food on their tables.
This trend is only continuing—record inflation means soaring food prices, drops in donations, and an increased number of families that rely on already strained resources in our communities.
That's why we've chosen to use our annual fundraiser to raise money to fight food insecurity in the communities we serve.
Our team rallied together and raised a record-setting $62,975 this year.
Cash donations to food banks are incredibly meaningful and strengthen the organization's buying power. Every dollar donated creates up to $11 of food distributed—for us, up to $692,000 in resultant impact.
We are proud to support the following amazing organizations in our communities:
If it is within your means to do so, we encourage you to consider a gift to one of these critical organizations.
